OWNER OF PROPERTIES BY USING EITHER AN ADDRESS OR LONGITUDE AND
LATITUDE FROM MY PORTABLE GPS UNIT. I WOULD LIKE WEBSITES WHETHER IT
REQUIRE A MEMBERSHIP FEE OR NOT, AND IF THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE, ADDRESS
AND NAME OF WHERE I CAN RESEARCH RECORDS TO FIND THE ANSWERS. MY
PURPOSE WOULD BE THAT WHEN I FIND A PROPERTY THAT IS NOT FOR SALE BUT
LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE PROFITABLE TO REHAB THE PROPERTY IN SOME WAY TO
MAKE A PROFIT, I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT THAT OWNER AND LET
THEM KNOW THAT I AM INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THEIR PROPERTY.

Dear dpb776,

By using the Property Database of the Franklin County Auditor, you can
find out who the current owner of a property in Columbus (and all of
Franklin County) is.

Please follow this link:
http://franklin.governmaxa.com/propertymax/rover30.asp

You will be taken to the Franklin County Property Database. There,
click "Street Address". That will take you to a search form that
enables you to search detailed information for a particular propery by
address. Just follow the brief instructions that are provided.

The property records include, among lots of other information that may
be interesting for you, the name of the person or company that
currently owns the property, and their mailing address.

Use of the Frankling County Property Database is free and not subject to fees.

I hope that this will be useful for you!
Regards,
Scriptor
