I am looking for the title(s) of one or more "Old Wild West" movies
which contain a "classic gambling scene"- where they are sitting
around playing poker, someone tries to cheat someone and gunshots ring
out! Please choose from movies available from Netflix only. One
movie would be fine but two or more would be great. I need it quick!
 Thanks!!!!

Hi Bookshelf,

Please take a look at these movies and let me know if they suffice as
an answer to your question:

Five Card Stud (1968)
"The movie opens on a late night card game in which one player is
caught cheating. Typical of many a movie set in the wild, wild West,
cheating isn?t very well tolerated and the cheater is soon swinging by
the neck."

Aces and Eights (1936)
Tim Madigan (Tim McCoy), gentleman gambler who never carries a gun,
exposes a card sharp cheating Jose Hernandez (Red Lease.) Later, the
gambler is shot after being knocked unconscious by Tim.

I also found these movies but they are unavailable at NetFlix:

Code of the Rangers (1938)
"One great scene at a poker table has steel-eyed Tim in his usual
flashy manner outgun three toughs that are out to get him."

The Stranger from Pecos (1943)
Brown battles a cheating poker player who has illicitly grabbed up a
handful of mortgages.

The Pocatello Kid (1931)
"But he loses it anyway when the gang catches the sheriff cheating at
poker, and shoot him."

I think there was a scene like that in Tombstone, the recent one with
Val Kilmer. I know there are a couple intense poker game scenes, and
cheating, just can't remember if anyone gets killed -at the table.

How about Maverick?

There sure was some cheating at poker and I have a feeling that Mel
Gibson was forced to make a lightning fast draw.
