I would like to know the required ingredients and recipe on how to
make Fried Bali Tong. Fried bali tong (a kind of clam) goes with chili
sauce, and these little clams are extremely difficult to eat unless
you know the right technique.

I would like to make a correction: I believe the Fried Bali Tong is
Malaysian food, not Indonesian.
