How much does typical restaurant advertising cost in a major
metropolitan area for the following:

+ direct mail - either one-page bulk or paid inclusion in regular
advertising mailer
+ newspaper - stuffed coupon pages, etc.
+ radio
+ billboard
+ web - typically through Yahoo or local newspapers' online editions
or restaurant guides
+ email - if available - any information here would be useful even if
it's difficult to get real figures as in the other categories

The figures should be translated into cost per 1,000 views and Los
Angeles and/or San Francisco would be excellent sample areas.
