I frequent amazon.com and probably spend more than I should on books
and DVDs, but occasionally I have to visit other sites only to find
that they ship to the continental USA only, and sometimes Alaska, Hawaii
and Canada as well. For example, http://www.poker-wear.com/poker_dvds.htm
states that they only ship to the USA and Canada, and offer free
shipping to continental USA.

Is there a service/business available whereby you can specify an
American address on a website, then have the goods forwarded overseas?
Otherwise, what options might I have?

yeah they pretty much do what i asked, except i didn't realise how
cost prohibitive such services were. i mean, asking for monthly fees
is a bit rich, when you just want a book or dvd to be forwarded once
in a blue moon.
