"A large part of the Citric Acid in the world is produced by use of
Aspergillus niger that is fermented on saccharide materials. The main
fermentation methods are divided into two classes that are tray and
deep level fermentation methods. The use of "Deep Level Fermentation"
method gives higher, efficient productivity and requires smaller land
area and lower work strength. It can also adapt varioud raw materials,
therefore, most countries adopt this method."

What aspect of citric acid evaporation do you wish to know about??
