It is apparent that bigd32-ga is a first time user on Google Answers
and is not fully aware of the process, she even rated the your answer
while seemingly being dissatisfied with it. She has specifically asked

you chose to ignore this request, and provided an answer. Furthermore
the answer you provided initially was not what bigd32-ga wanted as

I believe the decent thing for you to do is either to provide
