Time is of the essence.

1. I got the racks.

2. They aren't exactly like the ones that are being replaced, since
both the top and the bottom have 'flex rows' unlike my current racks.

3. I can't determine how to put the flex racks in....I have 2 flex
rows for the bottom and 4 pieces of plastic. 2 flex rows for the top
and 6 plastic pieces.

4. Here is a url showing exactly what the parts look like. Upper
rack parts >http://www.repairclinic.com/0081.asp?RccPartID=524988&SeqID=1&Chg=2<
lower rack parts >http://www.repairclinic.com/0081.asp?RccPartID=525038<

I need a very detailed picture of what the installed racks look like,
so I can snap the things together. Or detailed written directions. I
already have a useless fax from KitchenAid/Whirlpool from a 1994
repair instruction sheet.

This question needs to be answered today....I am taking it down as
soon as I get an engineer or senior manager or repair person to fix
this thing....But, If I can get it done today....

It is worth the price I am listing. Plus....an additional $25 bonus
if I can get the done by 2pm today.

additional information:

top rack url:

http://www.repairclinic.com/0081.asp?RccPartID=525038

Secondly, the bonus is if I get the info and it works and I get it
done by 2pm Central Time....sorry for not being more precise.

Also...one would think that this is easy....but.....I have spent a few
hours already trying to figure this out

Greetings! Just searching the model number turns up only one site
(://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=KUDG25SHBL1). I
tried numerous search variations regarding your needs and I fear the
information may not be available on a public site on the Internet.
