I would like a list of all companies that have had an IPO in the last
year with links to their financials. I would also like a separate list
of all companies that are likely to have an IPO in the next 2 years
(or thereabouts) with links to their financials. The markets that I am
interested in are:

US Markets
  (In particular Nasdaq and NYSE)
UK Markets
  (In particular the LSE)

Bonus marks for doing the following:

1) Categorizing the companies by business sector

2) Providing more markets in particular
Hong Kong markets
Japan
London - AIM (Alternative investment market)

I can also provide an additional link for various companies that have
filed with the SEC to go public, but have not yet started trading.
Another link lists 2 companies that are expected to price and begin
trading this week.
