I am in the process of suing my doctor pro se for medical malpractice.
My cause of action is public disclosure of private facts (the
monetary damages are not enough to entice an attorney to jump through
the med mal hoops). Does anyone know the procedure for filing such a
claim under seal in the circuit civil district in and for Miami-Dade
County, Florida? Please include the procedure as well as citation of
pertinent statute, rules of civil procedure, and case law on the
topic.

Also, what exactly do you mean by "under Seal" ... the Florida rules
of Civil procedure requires summons to be under the Seal of the Court,
but I get the feeling that you may want the record to be sealed, which
would be at the discretion of the judge and parties.
