I need a database to cover all residents in the logan area with email
addresses.  this data base is to be used for election information to
be sent to rersidents.

I find it totally entertaining that someone who wants to be elected to
office uses unsolicited emails - something that is considered
unethical and in many cases illegal.

I can't speak for all voters, but the massive use of spam emails by a
candidate would almost certainly guarantee that I would vote for his
or her competitor.

I have to say that I agree with the other 2 comments.  People get
enough mail in their physical mailbox as it is during election season.
 The last thing they want to see is an unsolicited email in their
personal email box.
