UK mobile operator O2 claims to have improved delivery times by 50 per cent at a London courier company by deploying a fancy GPS tracking and workflow management system that involves giving all the couriers and XDA IIs PDA device. I want to know, 1. How this service works? supplement with network digarams, work flow diagrams in powerpoint format 2. What is the workflow management system, developed by whom. 3. What is the courier company in question. 4. What software/hardware is used to for the GPS tracking on XDA IIs. 5. Do you think it is a good enterprise solution to save cost and improve courier service. Give 2 lines explanation. That all. |
