After installing a network printer, every time that I open most of my
programs like WordPerfect, QutroPro, Act, PhotoShop etc. I get an
"InitComCom" Message that reads Command Complex Library Error. I
deleted the installed printer. No results. I tried to reinstall the
programs. During the reinstallation I get the same message and the
installation is terminated. Every time the message appears I can no
continue opening the program. I am running windows 98. I tried to
research all the Microsft support pages etc..... no anwers. The only
referenes found of the problema are in foreigh languages. For all
practical purposes that computer can not be used until this problem is
solved
