I Am looking for a Telemarketing CRM Web based system PHP MYSQL that I
can download and upload to my website. Something similar to
Salesforce.com but one that manages campaigns better a has scripts for
telemarketers. It needs to have email and mail merge letter templates.
Needs admin section and Ability to create multiple users. Will pay
programmer but am on tight budget. Any ideas.

Well we used use salesforce.com but we use sugarcrm.

At first i tried the open source one and it was really good and
better. Since i was able to import all my thing from salesforce to
sugarcrm. No i have a pind one which is even better.

I am using it from many months and it is the best.
