Were are all the places the United States get its oil from and the
percentages from each place??

Do you mean just crude oil? or oil products? Also, the countries
supplying the US vary the amount they export to the US. The easiest
way of seeing all this information is on a government database which
shows U.S. Imports by Country of Origin. It covers the period
1999-2004 and lists over 60 countries and how many thousands of
barrels they supplied each year. You could then work out percentages
from these detailed and accurate figures.
