I'm not familiar with Connecticut, but a quick glance
at a Yahoo map indicated that many of these are in
western Connecticut.

Their contact information and websites are available
from The Bluebook listings. The Bluebook site:
http://www.thebluebook.com/
offers it's own search engine, and has a comprehensive
national database of contractors and materials vendors.

A search for"concrete waterproofing" on their system
produced this page, which, oddly, includes listings
from New York and Massachussetts among the 61 listings:
http://www.thebluebook.com/wsnsa.dll/WService=wsbrk1/viewpg.htm?docsstart=0&ncls=4660&bkid=17&cache=%5E

From The Bluebook listing on the page above, you can access
the companies' profiles, Bluebook ads, and webpages.

A search for "concrete tanks" on their system
produced this page:
http://www.thebluebook.com/wsnsa.dll/WService=wsbrk1/viewpg.htm?docsstart=0&ncls=8030&bkid=17&cache=%5E
which lists one company in Yalesville, CT:
United Concrete Products Inc.
173 Church St., Yalesville CT 06492
203-269-3119
800-234-3119
Fax: 203-265-4941

From The Bluebook listing on the page above, you can
access the company's profile, Bluebook ad, and webpage.

Yalesville seems to be in the South Central section
of the state, but it's west of the river, if that's
what is meant by "western Connecticut".

What is the purpose of your waterproofing? Aquaculture, perhaps?
