I have been asked to teach a course in house to fellow recruiters on
BOOLEAN SEARCHING. I do not want to reinvent the wheel and I am sure
that there are course developers out there that may have a course
already done that I can teach as a webinar on BOOLEAN SEARCHING>

Where can I find these premade courses either for purchase or as FREE information?

booleanchallenge...

Boolean operators are relatively few, and using them isn't
a complex subject, but here's what I found.

Please review the following tutorials, which vary from primer
to much more, and let me know if they satisfy your needs.

A primer from the University of Albany Library:
http://library.albany.edu/internet/boolean.html

A multi-page tutorial from the UNC Library:
http://www.lib.unc.edu/instruct/math/searching/boolean.html

A tutorial from the Penn State Library:
http://www.gv.psu.edu/foweb/lib/boolean_search/

This tutorial from the SearchEngineWatch website:
http://searchenginewatch.com/facts/article.php/2156021

This tutorial from the JobMachine recruiting site:
http://www.jobmachine.net/fjamindex.htm?boolean_tutorial.htm~mainframe

Though not entirely boolean, Google's own instructions on
the basics of search may be useful:

...as may their instructions for advanced search:

And, if you want to go beyond simple boolean operators,
and teach them how to use special operators in Google,
there can be no finer tool than the GoogleGuide page
on special operators:
http://www.googleguide.com/advanced_operators.html

As for actual courses, there are the following:

From the Professional Development Institute:
http://www.webteaching.com/spring/search.htm

Here's a course that includes boolean searching in its content,
'Searching the Web - Tips and Techniques', by Diane Lauer of the
Thompson School District - Loveland, Colorado:
http://www.dianelauer.com/internet/searching.html

Here's a course by Sandra Bozarth, MLIS of the Walter W. Stiern
Library, in 3 parts:
http://www.lib.csub.edu/sandra/110lab.htm

Boolean:

Constructing an effective search:
