If given a zipcode, where can I find a free database that has all the
names of all strrets in the zipcode. This is useful when checking the
accuracy of spellings of street names given over the phone.

The function you asked for is commonly called a 'lookup', so that a
search on these terms:


zip code street lookup


will get you some good hits.


I didn't do a search myself, though, since I already had this site in
my bookmarks list.
