I want to compare the decrease in value of a truck bought in 2000 with
the increase in value of a typical home bought in 2000.

I need:

1. Cost of a fairly well-equipped Ford F-250 or Chevy 2500 extended
cab pickup truck in the year 2000 (along with photos of the truck
looking new). Should be a mid-range options package.

2. Blue book values of same truck today (along with picture of same
truck as photo in #1, but looking older - from ebay or some car sales
site).

3. Current value of a new home bought for $100,000 to $120,000 in
2000. Either Texas, DFW area, or National -- whichever tells the best
story.

4. Picture of a home built in 2000 and photo of same house in 2006.

The intent here is to show, visually and financially, that a house was
a better investment in 2000 than a truck.

Thank you, Justin
