I need to understand the whole pipeline process of a construction job
that utilizes cement as raw material. What are the variables that
contractors look at (and/or government)for selecting a cement supplier
for a job. What is the criteria used to select the best bidder? What
does a bid include in terms of information. When the winning bidder is
selected, what are the next steps, and how is the cementsupplier
involved throughout the process. How can a cement supplier win more
jobs, and find and bid for the best. From a cement manufacturer point
of view, what are the factors that it should pay
close attention to during all the phases of the project. Qualitative
factors, human capital factors, and legal matters. Any economic data,
or government data available for free, or low cost that tracks this
segment? |

Whith "pipeline process" I mean "the process pipeline", from
origination to end, all stages. Not water pipeline construction. I am
interestes in all types of jobs involving cement/concrete. Highways,
stadiums, airports, harbours, dams, buildings, bridges, sewer
pipelines, etc.
