truck) sales for 2005 or 2004.  Preference is FORD blue oval models
only, with total sales as a back-up if Ford only not available.  For
the following cities:
Raleigh, NC
St. Louis, MO
Washington, DC
Charlotte, NC
Chicago, IL
Atlanta, GA
New York City / Long Island
Baltimore, MD
Tampa, FL
Greensboro
