I've searched the web for an easy solution to this and I cannot find it. Lets say I have a filemaker database with about 20,000 records and i want to purge all the duplicates. Is there an easy way to do this besides sorting the list in alpha order and going through it one by one. Yes i do know you can put an exclamation point in the field you want to search for dupes. The only problem is, when you do that i removes all of the records. I would like at least one to remain in the database. What am i missing here? | |
