"A sunshine law requires that a government makes its information and procedures available for inspection by the public, metaphorically letting the sun shine on the activities of government. It is sometimes called a government-in-the-sunshine law. A freedom of information act is a common type of sunshine law." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunshine_law Members of a homeowners' association who could have attended the meeting have a right to the minutes of the meeting, as with any other private organization. The Sunshine Law does not apply. This is not legal or professional advice, as you can read in the disclaimer below. |
