We're a long-time customer of Toronto-based 1ShoppingCart.
However, from a business continuity standpoint, it concerns us greatly
that we've been unable to find any worthy
competitors (e-Commerce shopping cart ASP alternatives). Please
provide a list of the top 5 competitors to
1ShoppingCart and the pros/cons of each.
Please also be aware that 1ShoppingCart markets its services under
literally dozens of different private label names,
which really wouldn't help us. We need to locate 5 competitors that
run on entirely different technology platforms.
We're also especially interested in finding a shopping cart system
(that could either run on our own server or ASP based) which allows
for multiple levels of administrator access. For example, we need the
ability to have a clerical employee have access to a very limited
subset of features (such as data entry or order lookup) without giving
this entry level employee access to everything.
Another very important feature for us is ad tracking. So we can track
both opt in rates and conversion rates on individual pay per click ad
campaigns, banner ads and email marketing.
Finally, if such a system does not exist, what kind of considerations
should one be thinking about if one were to have something like this
developed from scratch? |
