the consumer: 1) "What's in it for them"  2) Awareness- They have to
know who you are and what you are offering before they can "buy" your
services. 3)Value- They have to percieve a real benefit in what you
are offering (relative to the required time, energy, and money) before
they will agree to use your services. 4)Differentiation- They have to
percieve that the value you are offering is greater than all other
possibilities available to them. 5) Desire to act - They have to feel
the need to act on your message.
