Dear Albert,

You haven't said that in your original question and I had no way to
know from "worldwide" that you actually mean "Ibadan, Nigeria". I have
searched his name with the term "Ibadan" but haven't found anything.
That doesn't mean that there isn't such a doctor at that hospital. You
may want to contact the hospital and ask them.

HI Albert,
There is a good likelihood that it is the same person. He may have
been at the hospital before he went to the States, or he may do
visiting work in his native country.
