Hej. I would like to find Azerbaijan Supreme Court's as well as
Appellate Court's Decision on Elif Pelit case (kurdish journalist who
was extradited to Turkey) in any possible language (Eng, Azeri,
Russian, Turkish). I searched the net and  managed to find only relevant
general information on the websites of newspapers or information
agencies. Therefore I am asking you now. Even if the decisions are not
available on the web, at least I would like to have a clue from whom I
can ask it electronically or some articles which analyze the courts'
decision on Elif Pelit case.
