I am looking to start an employment agency.  I understand that each
state has its on laws pertaining to whether a fee can be charged for
this type of service.  Would you be able to find out for me whether a
fee can be charged for this type of service in: NJ, NY, PA, CT, and
MA?

Also, what are the approxamite salaries and commission schedules for
an employement agency sales rep?
