If someone wants you to keep his/her skull after he/she dies instead
of their ashes, is it legal to have posession of that skull?

Also, it would be helpful to know if the person that wants to bequeath
his/her skull is a Native American, and if so, which tribe? This would
greatly complicate matters.

No, not native american, he/she would be Caucasian.
