I am having a hard time finding a North American wholesaler for these
slide top tins:

They are a 1/2oz in size and are made of metal (ie stainless steel or
aluminum etc).
 
Although I have found some companies online offering the product, the
lowest price I can find is 25cents a tin in quantity.  I need a lower
cost per tin and preferably (though not a necessity), I would like to
deal with a company that allows smaller orders.
