In a trailer for the movie "High Tension" (contained on the Uncut DVD
for "America Psycho") a song is played which contains the lyrics
"don't you remember you said you loved me baby." I need to know the
artist and the song title, it sounds like 90's Sonic Youth or some
kind of 90's art/grunge group.

Are there any more lyrics of the song that you can remember? Thanks.

Hi jtgill,

The song in this trailer is called 'Until You Come Back You Me',
better known as Superstar, by Sonic Youth. This song is originally by
The Carpenters.

The song is found on the CD "If I Were a Carpenter", and is available
for purchase at Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000005IL6/103-6794503-5689403?v=glance&n=5174

You can listen to a sample of the song at the above link.

The trailer (with this song) is available here:
http://www.ropeofsilicon.com/trailers.php?id=1215

(Click on the 3rd trailer down by Yahoo Movies).

Search strategy:
I located the trailer and listened to the lyrics. I then used Google
and searched for the following words:
"don't you remember" "you loved me" "you said"

I then searched: "Until You Come Back You Me" "High Tension".

I found the title of the song and mention of this trailer here:

I hope this is helpful. If you have any questions regarding my answer
please don't hesitate to ask before rating.

Best regards,
