Is there a reason you don't call a local real estate agent and ask for
a Comparative Market Analysis?

They do this for free. In exchange they want to try to get you to sign
a listing agreement, which you are under no obligation to do.

Greetings,
Zillow is a useful site. I found the place. Note that the
"Zestimate" is within a range:
http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.z?city=New%20Brighton&state=MN&zprop=2099455

I hope this helps. This is a free comment, not an "answer" to your question.
