Hello again, bashar007...
These sites seem completely legitimate to me.
All 3 domains are registered via GoDaddy.com, which has its own
whois lookup service at:
http://who.godaddy.com/whoischeck.aspx
Entering these three domains produces almost identical, detailed
information on the registrant, which is the same for all 3:
---
Registrant:
Mr. B. Leon
31 Schwartzberg St.
Jerusalem, Jerusalem 97559
Israel
Registered through: GoDaddy.com (http://www.godaddy.com)
Domain Name: ZZIMPORTEXPORT.COM
Created on: 18-Apr-03
Expires on: 18-Apr-07
Last Updated on: 07-Feb-06
Administrative Contact:
Zwillinger, Zeff info@zzimportexport.com
31 Schwartzberg St.
Jerusalem 97559
Israel
55391222
Technical Contact:
Zwillinger, Zeff info@zzimportexport.com
31 Schwartzberg St.

---
The email address given above matches the one on the website,
rather than being at yahoo or hotmail, as is common with scams:
info@zzimportexport.com
And the address and telephone numbers on the website match the
ones given for domain registration, with the exception of the
area code, which may have changed:
"31 Schwartzberg St. #4
Jerusalem, Israel 97559
TEL: +972-545-391-222"
http://www.zzimportexport.com/index2.php?side_right=pp.php
A search for the given address turns up results consistent
with the image presented by the site, and with the name of
the registrant:
"31 Schwartzberg St." Jerusalem
://www.google.com/search?q=%2231+Schwartzberg+St.%22+Jerusalem
Such as:
A listing for a physical business by the name of Vilam
Import/Export, which seems to be the name of the business
run by B. Leon prior to establishing a web presence:
http://www.bizimpex.com/tlsl_print.php?rid=02/05/18/7175014
A cached page with a similar listing:

Another cached page on a site which is currently unavailable
due to being updated, in which B. Leon provides an extensive
description of his business, and lists his association with
all the business above, as well as some in development:
"B. Leon
Z.Z. IMPORT / EXPORT, Ltd.
Z.Z. SUGARS, Ltd.
Z.Z. ANTIQUITIES, Ltd.
Z.Z. COMMODITIES, Ltd.
Z.Z. Financial Security and Investment, Ltd.

Finally, a search for fraud in relation to his main site's
title turns up the fact that he is a member of the well-known
Alibaba web consortium, and an active member on a bulletin
board for members:
zzimportexport fraud
://www.google.com/search?q=zzimportexport+fraud
On the bulletin board, he discusses the potential of fraud
among the membership, and his own frustrations with nigerian
email scams. Look for his username, zzimportexport:
http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/562/what_do_you_think_of_free_members_do_you_really_trust_them/6.htm?va=0
Here is his listing on the Alibaba website, with address
and contact information being consistent with other listings"
http://www.alibaba.com/manufacturer/12736507/Provide_Wealth_Management_Hedge_Funds_Management_Service.html
Alibaba has a useful forum, for questions about fraud, here:
http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/3805/If_you_have_questions_about_fraud_this_man_has_answers_.htm
While there's no way to guarantee the legitimacy of a company
or individual from a distance, based on web research alone,
what does show up for this man and his enterprises are all
positive, and I'd easily say he is one of the more legitimate
companies and individuals I've researched, from all evidence.
