Where can I find a regularly updated list of scheduled *reverse* stock
splits? All I need is a URL. (Of course, I prefer a free source over
ones that charge, but I'll take what I can get.)

Hi!

Would general stock split announcement and forecasting websites be
good enough? Of course not all of them will be reverse ones.

Thanks.

Hello there,

Thanks for attending to my question. I have plenty of sources for
regular stock splits, and I would need more than the occasional
reporting of a reverse split. I'm looking for something thorough and
regularly updated.

Thanks!

Sorry -- I'm looking for U.S. stocks listed on NYSE, Nasdaq or AMEX.

Plum209 --

This is virtually unanswerable as the question is phrased. You
haven't asked about publicly-listed stocks alone -- and the number of
privately-held companies is between 4X and 10X the number of
publicly-held firms (depending on whether you include not-for-profit
and other companies). Data on the privately-held firms is virtually
impossible to collect.

Best regards,

Would you be helped by Google Alerts for news reports of "Reverse Stock Split"?

http://news.google.com/news?q=%22reverse+stock+split%22+news&num=20&hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&safe=off&sa=N&tab=nn&oi=newsr

See the line at the bottom of the page. I don't know how this works,
but perhaps someone does.

with phrases like "reverse stock" "stock split." Quote the phrase,
making sure that it is not too unique.... i.e. "Reverse stock splits"
may miss events with "reverse split" but never mentioning "stock."
But don't set an alert with a single word like "reverse." The latter
will return too much info.
