Idol8492, Your question is just too sweeping to want to start to answer it. Maybe you could post a clarification and tell us what is most important. Just very generally, Germans do care very much about fuel economy, since the price of gas is so much higher than in the States. They once were very brand oriented, but foreign makers have now become well established, and many of them sell cars at lower prices than German built autos with success. Size matters (fuel economy, parking, price), but the market for Cherokee-like vehicles has also increased (but from a level that was once only for those who needed such). You should know that Ford has been making cars in Germany since well before the WW II, so it no stranger to the market, ditto for General Motors with its long time ownership of Opel. Daimler/Chrysler is, of course, the maker of Mercedes vehicles. Returning to my opening: are you specifically interested in these names? Let us know. This is a free comment, not an "answer". |
