I'm looking for a list of biotech companies that have received venture
capital funding (or funding from other sources), particularly in the
range of $100 million and up (though I'd be open to looking at a list
showing any amounts of funding).  I've done extensive internet
research and haven't come up with anything substantial.

The Money Tree Survey should meet your needs for developing lists of
biotech companies that received venture funding. You have to register
(free) to access a huge collection of resources. I?ve included a
sampling from the last quarter of 2005 but I suggest that you login
and pursue your investigations according you your personal criteria.
