We all know (us sports fans) that the NCAA tournament is always full
of upsets.  What I want to know (from the last 10 years) what the
average number of wins and then the winning percentage of each of
these teams) by a 9th seed in the first round, 10th seed, 11th, etc.. 
I then want to know what the wins and winning percentage of the
aformentioned (9th-16th seeds) teams are in the 2nd round until the
championships game.  If you need clarification, please dont hesitate
to ask!
