hello ... i am 26 y.O and after studying many stuff i have decided to
be a fashion designer i have no idea where i should decide !!! most of
fashion schools are very expensive and need some prior works of you to
take you as a student ... would be nice if someone could give me some
advice ... if its neccessary at all to go to a school or is there an
internet portal for beginners or courses or a book ... anything helps
.. i am male and live in berlin _ germany- i am very much more
interested in mens fashion than female but thats not a big deal

Since you live in Germany, you might start with searching the web for "modeschule".

You should look at requirements and recommendations for prior
experience.  Someone with experience at making clothes will have an
advantage, maybe also at being admitted.
