I want to ask a Corporate Finance problem about the "target cash
balance"
I already prepared the Use and Source of the company's "Cash" for
previous 5 yrs. And I also have the income statement and balance sheet
of this company for previous 10 yrs. How can I estimate a target cash
balance by using this Use and Source statement.
Just need a direction. Thank you.
( Because I can't the opportunity cost and
trade cost in this case, so please don't recommend me to use the
Baumol Model or the Miller-Orr Model. Thank you)
