I need to know the yearly prevalence/incidence of the following ocular
conditions in the United States (though worldwide information will be
helpful too):

Pinguecula
Pterygium
Conjunctivitis
Keratitis Sicca (dry eyes)
Epiphora (excessive tearing)
Glaucoma
Cataract
Any other conditions affecting conjunctiva

While hospital discharges may be a component of the total number,
these conditions are not usually associated with a hospital visit so
the national hospital discharge databases do not provide the complete
answer.
