What is the incidence (number of new cases per year) and prevalence
(number of population currently afflicted with the condition) of
hemiplegia in the US? Hemiplegia is paralysis affecting only one side of the
body typically resulting from stroke or brain injury.

Hi Rainbow, 

Alternating Hemiplegia is a rare neurological disorder occuring in
children so is not what I am looking for. I am interested in the
entire hemiplegia population, including patients with hemiplegia as
the result of stroke or brain injury.
