I would like to see 4 graphs or tables regarding real estate in the
92130 zip code, covering at least Feb/1996 through Feb/2006, with one
data point per month:

1. Median sale price (closing, not asking) of a Single Family Home.

2. Median sale (closing) price of an attached home (i.e. townhome or condo.)

3. Number of total properties in the M.L.S. (multiple listing service)
in the 92130 zip code.

4. Median time on the market for the properties which were sold. 
Please specify if it includes the escrow time.


It would be great if the graphs went as far back as 1985, but that's
not a requirement.  If nobody can come up with this data for that
particular zip code, I would consider the same graphs for the entire
city (not county) of San Diego instead.
