I am looking for details on a piece of music by Ralph Carmichael
Chorus and Orchestra called 'Specially for Shepherds"; it is a
Christmas cantata, originally released in 1977/78 in the U.S. on the
Lexicon Music label.  I would like information on whether this is
still available to buy on LP/Cassette/CD, and where I would be able to
buy it (preferably online).
