Can someone provide links to at least five software vendors, which
offer an erp/crm software suite specifically targeted to travel
operators and which are used by language travel operators. I'm
specifically interested in the last point and would like to know which
language travel operators are using a specific software to manage
their bookings. So, please provide names of customers using a specific
software.

I'm seeking a low-cost entry-solution of an erp/crm allround software
package, which allows among other features managing customers, travel
agents, contact history, invoicing, reminder, statistics and
accounting (can be a separate module or data should be easily exported
to another software). The solution must be adapted to the special
needs of language & studyabroad program travel operators. I would be
highly interested in software vendors who have proven references in
this area. The software must be network/internet capable and allows to
send emails and include print options. The interface should be in
English, but it must be possible to translate documents like invoices,
confirmations, quotations etc. to several other languages like German.
It shouldn't be a web-based only software and the license price must
be adequate for a small business.
