Although your question is a good one, I am afraid that the only way
you would really be able to determine the number of homeowners who are
attempting to sell, would be to drive up and down every street in Des
Moines. Don't forget, many for sale by owner(FSBO's) properties are
not advertised, and only a sign in fron of the home let's you know
that it is for sale. If you go to http://www.alexshay.com , you can
