How do I check the legitimacy of a company that I am wanting to do
business with on the Internet?  It is based in Cupertino, CA and they
are working with me on a travel package to Bejing for the 2008
Olympics.  I have talked to them on the phone and they want credit
card or check for 1/3 down but I can't find much about them.

Bradstreet website, everything you ever wanted to know about any
company in the US.
