Is there an alternative for a small business just starting up to build
credit history, other than having to pay Dun and Bradstreet $500, to buy
their credit builder?
Simply getting a Dun and Bradstreet no. is free, but they tell me that
the no. itself is of no use unless I buy the "credit builder" service
from them.

Or does every small business looking to build a
credit history have to go with D&B?
