I was wondering how can an individual or company sell music for 99
cent or rent movies out where they can download it for a price. WHat
must I do to do something like this. I.e laws, contracts, paperwork

I'm gonna start out by saying that you need to be are need the help of
an insider.There are agents out there that handle this sort of thing
Hollywood has taught us that they can't always be trusted.That may be
prejudice thinking but it tends to attrack the people with motives
other than helping you.So beware.
