Dear tristan1986-ga,

The telephone number is based in London, UK.

The 001 is dialled from the US.
44 is the country code - UK
208 is for outer London (from the UK one dials 0208).
946 6490 is the rest of the number which I cannot identify. You cannot
reverse search telephone numbers in the UK as it is contrary to the
Data Protection Act - it may also be contrary to Google Answers terms
and conditions if it is a private address. It does not appear on
Google and Yahoo as a business address. I can only say that it is
possibly in the SW19 postal code area of London.

I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before
rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as
soon as I receive it.
Thank you

Sorry, the third line should read 'The 011 is dialled from the US.'
