Why little X's where pictures should be???

Red X's will typically appear for one of the following reasons: 1) a
link to an image has changed, 2) a link to an image has been removed,
or 3) your email client or browser is unable to display that type of
image.

It means the picture is no longer available at the link.

I've had the red X happen befor an sometimes when I reload the page
the image(s) apeared. So it could also ,I,m thinking, happen due to
poor computer/connection.
